HARDWARE-INTEGRATED AUTOMATION

Real-Time Attendance with Automated SMS Triggers

With multi-dimensional analytics such as department-wise headcount and arrival trends, 'Attendance Manager' offers much more than basic log keeping. It connects directly with RFID boom barrier gates, handheld scanners, and facial biometric terminals to transfer real-time entry and exit logs to your cloud database.

In the event of multiple school branches, Attendance Manager aggregates consolidated reports to trustees and principals. It eliminates proxy attendance, assists in employee leave and shift management, and keeps parents informed the moment their child enters or leaves school premises.

Salient Capabilities & Features:

  • Mifare & RFID Smart Card Integration: Effortless automated entry capture via tap-and-go smart ID cards for students and staff.
  • Instant Parent Absence SMS: Automatic SMS notifications delivered to parents' mobile phones within minutes if a student is absent.
  • Comprehensive Attendance Registers: Filter date-wise, student-wise, class-wise, section-wise, monthly, and yearly summaries.
  • Monthly Attendance Digest: Auto-compiled monthly attendance percentage reports dispatched to parents and administration.
  • Faculty & Staff Leave Tracking: Automated sync with payroll and timetable substitution logic when staff members take leave.
  • Dual Capture Modes: Supports automated RFID/biometric hardware logging as well as teacher manual app feeding.
